State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facilities
We utilize world-class infrastructure across our India and UAE operations to ensure precision, scale, and uncompromising quality in every product.
Forging Facility (India)
Equipped with 3 Press Hammers and 3 Ring Rolling Hammers, capable of manufacturing forgings up to 3200 mm diameter and weights up to 8000 kgs. Supported by 5 heating furnaces (10 tonnes each).
Heat Treatment (India)
Features 5, 10, 20 Tonnes Bogie type furnaces with fork lift quenching. Fully modernized for processes like normalizing, annealing, and quenching with temperature accuracy of ±5°C.
Machine Shop (UAE)
A fully modernized workshop with CNC, vertical lathe, and multi-spindle drill machines. Capable of producing nearly 500 MT per month of world-class quality products and precise packing.
Inspection & Testing (UAE)
Dedicated space for performing quality checks and assessments on materials and products. Ensures adherence to industry standards, provides quick feedback for quality improvements, and offers faster turnaround times.
